Source it. Screen it. Close it. Watch it fly. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tulip Tech. MoD-funded, growing. Den Bosch.

Job description

Tulip Tech is scaling. Engineering, manufacturing, commercial: the hiring roadmap is full.

Eva, our People Manager, needs someone who is motivated, someone who wants to own their recruitment process from A-Z. We are forming our core recruitment team from the ground op. You have direct input into how we hire: the channels we use, the stories we tell, the experience candidates have from first touchpoint to offer.

You will also represent Tulip Tech as an employer: on LinkedIn, on job boards, and on calls with candidates who have never heard of us yet. You build the brand as you build the pipeline.

This is not a coordinator role. This is a builder role.

What you will own

  • Build and run active sourcing pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond: engineering, commercial, and operations roles in parallel

  • Own the full candidate journey for your requisitions: sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline management, and offer prep

  • Call candidates. Build relationships. Follow up. This is not automated. It is the job, and it is non-negotiable.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives that make Tulip Tech visible to the right talent: engineers, campus recruitment and specialists who want to build, not maintain

  • Represent Tulip Tech at industry events and on LinkedIn with content that reflects who we are

Job requirements

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool: you use Boolean, track response rates, and iterate on what works

  • A track record of filling roles across multiple platforms and candidate profiles

  • Background in a hypergrowth, startup, or fast-scaling environment: you know how to recruit with urgency and without a perfect playbook

  • The ability to carry several open reqs simultaneously without losing momentum

  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing: campaigns, content, candidate communications

  • The conviction that calling candidates is part of the job, not a last resort

  • Stakeholder management: you can run an intake call, set expectations, and push back when a brief is unrealistic

  • Based near Den Bosch or willing to commute: 4 days on-site per week. Right to work in the Netherlands required. No visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in deep tech, hardware, aerospace, or defense-adjacent sectors

  • Dutch language skills: useful for local candidate outreach and stakeholder communication

  • Familiarity with ATS configuration or recruitment tooling

Interview process

  • TA screen (30 min)

  • Panel interview (60 minutes)

  • Offer

What we offer

  • Competitive salary between €3.500 – €4.200 gross/month (based on experience)

  • 38 paid days off per year based on full-time (25 vacation + 13 ADV via CAO Metaal & Techniek)

  • 8% holiday allowance, travel reimbursement, and pension via PMT

  • Daily lunch provided by the company

  • A startup culture with team outings and events

  • Freedom to shape your role and take real ownership
